Terese Atallah
Terese Atallah’s work encompasses painting, printmaking and pastel, with recurring subjects drawn from animals, landscapes, and imagined skies. Vivid color is often paired with gold or silver leaf in acrylics and oils, while the prints and pastels reflect more graphic studies of movement, silhouette and form.
Cosmic imagery appears in her paintings as suns, stars, galaxies, and nebulae share the same visual field as desert caravans, mountains, and animal life. Her art moves between imagination and observation across acrylic, oil, silk, linocut, lithograph, and pastel mediums while returning to atmosphere and mood through color and its diverse subjects.
